We reflect upon the impact of Covid-19.
Covid-19 affected the music industry in many significant ways (including mass tour cancellations), but more important is the impact it had upon our fans and community, with many experiencing hardship and loss on a personal scale previously unimagined. As a band, we found hope in being able to find new ways to connect with each of you and to be there for one another. We found the silver linings in time at home with our families and in the landscapes of Ireland!
Enda enjoyed gardening, developing the ‘Inside the Banjoverse podcast, setting up a digital home studio and spending time with his family.
Fergal was able to spend time gardening, crocheting, knitting and cooking.
Martin - our coffee aficionado - developed his palette further with his sustainability oriented passion for organic foods. He also enjoyed spending time with his wife (a renowned fiddle player in her own right).
While David spent much of his time writing music and collaborating with others, much of which you’ll soon hear on our forthcoming album ‘Open The Road’.
